We have a co-operation with Kemikonsult and use their innovative technology to keep cottages and public areas bacteria and virus free
Groceries
There is a limited assortment of groceries in Kabyssen. Breakfast items, ready meals, etc. If there is anything special you need, contact us in the Kabyssen and we will try to arrange delivery from the shop.
Games
Board games and outdoor games are available to borrow in Kabyssen.
Maintenance
If something breaks in the cabins, please let us know so that we can fix it.
Pets
Pets are allowed except in cabins 2, 3, 5, 15, 16, 17 and 23 and Forest Cabin 5.
Boat tickets
Remember to book your tickets well in advance for your departure to Ulvön. Remember to choose Fjären as your destination.
Transfer to Fjären-Sandviken is only available for MF Ulvön's tours. Please, see separate information about transfer.

Check-out
Check-out is no later than 11.00 on the day of departure.
Transfer
On the day of departure, the transfer to Fjären departs well in advance of the boat's departure. Detailed information can be found in your cabin.
The transfer included is valid on your regular arrival/departure day, Saturday or Wednesday 29/6-3/8
Possible transfer trips 29/6-3/8 are departure Köpmanholmen M/F Ulvön 09.00 and 13.30, departure Fjären 11.55 and 15.55, Saturdays and Wednesdays. Any other arrivals and departures subject to staff and on demand.
On arrival/departure other dates, please contact us well in advance.
Everyone is responsible for bringing their own luggage on board the boat.
Barbecue
Barbecuing is referred to fixed barbecues on the premesis. Disposable barbecues are not allowed. Otherwise, there is a total fire ban.
Lifebuoys
There are 5 lifebuoys adjacent to the jetty and the beach
Candles
Candles are not allowed in the cottages or in the area. Smoking is not allowed in the cottages.
Waste & Recycling
Household waste is disposed of in the garbage bins that are set up by the service building. Help us by filling the bins in order .
There are containers for glass recycling for coloured/clear glass - standing at the left entrance of Kabyssen. Deposits, cans and PET bottles, are thrown into the blue Sea Rescue's bins.
Any other waste, such as cardboard/bulky waste, can unfortunately not be handled.
Camping NOT allowed
Camping is prohibited throughout the Sandviken Fishing Village area
